3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed reasonable purchase quantities. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment collected will be refunded.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Sales tax may be applied where required by law.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within up to 48 hours of placement. DSB ships domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping times, rates, and carrier options are detailed in our Shipping Policy. DSB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. DSB does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. This policy is detailed in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the original work of DSB and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any DSB content for commercial purposes without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the site's operation. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSB and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Dakota for any disputes arising under these terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact DSB directly to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in North Dakota under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Changes to Terms
DSB reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
